How to work out the structure of the housing before starting the main production?

When designing electronic devices, the question of checking the quality of the developed housing design necessarily arises. Casting a pilot batch on injection molding machines takes a lot of time, and untimely identification of a design error can be very expensive.

It is best to be able to check the operation of the construction and its assembly even before launching the product into a main production.

In this case, vacuum casting in a silicone mold is often used.
